Terms of Use

By using thedoughroom.com (“the Site”) you agree to these terms. Local Pie, LLC (doing business as The Doughroom) (“The Doughroom,” “we”) may update them by posting a new version here.

  1. Using the Site. The Site is for personal, non-commercial use: browsing our menu, placing orders through our ordering provider, buying gift cards, joining our email list, and contacting us. Don’t scrape, copy, interfere with or misuse the Site.
  2. Orders, prices and availability. Online orders are placed and paid through Toast under Toast’s terms; your contract for the order is with Local Pie, LLC (doing business as The Doughroom). Menu items, prices and hours shown on the Site may change without notice and may differ from those on third-party delivery apps. If we can’t fulfil an order we’ll contact you and refund any payment.
  3. Promotions. Unless an offer says otherwise, offers are valid only on first-party orders (in store, by phone, or on our website ordering page), not on third-party apps; one offer per order; offers can’t be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively; and offers may end or change at any time.
  4. Gift cards. See our Gift Cards page for terms and your California rights.
  5. Catering and large orders. Catering orders have no minimum and need 2 hours’ notice; catering delivery is handled by third-party delivery services. Details are confirmed when you order, and your order confirmation governs.
  6. Fundraisers. Fundraiser events are available to schools and youth non-profits by written agreement; donation percentages, eligible sales and payment timing are stated in that agreement.
  7. Email and text programs. Governed by our Privacy Policy and, when we launch a text program, our SMS Terms.
  8. Content and trademarks. The Site, menu descriptions, photographs, logos and The Doughroom name are owned by Local Pie, LLC or its licensors. You may share links and screenshots for personal use; any other use needs our written permission.
  9. Your submissions. By sending reviews, photos, catering requests or job applications you grant us permission to use them to respond to you and run our business, and you confirm they’re yours and accurate.
  10. Third-party sites. Links to Toast, delivery platforms, social media and maps go to sites we don’t control; their terms apply there.
  11. Allergens and dietary information. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, fish and shellfish. Allergen information is provided in good faith but cross-contact can occur; tell us about allergies when ordering.
  12. Alcohol. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 and older with valid ID.
  13. Disclaimers and liability. The Site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site; nothing limits liability that can’t be limited under California law, including for food safety.
  14. Accessibility. We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA; see our Accessibility Statement and tell us if something isn’t working for you.
  15. Governing law and disputes. California law applies; disputes are heard in Los Angeles County, California. If any term is unenforceable the rest stand.
